The purpose of the toner is to balance your skins PH, while removing excess dirt and oil left behind after cleansing. It helps close your pores down for optimal skin health and absorbs quickly into the skin.
How to use: After washing face, shake well, moisten cotton ball or pad with toner and wipe clean. Avoid eyes. Repeat step as desired
