Meditative State is made with a decaf black tea base. It is mild tasting with hints of floral. It's meant to put your body in a relaxed state.
It is said that the antioxidant compounds found in the aromatic oils of both chamomile and lavender are natural relaxing herbs, helping to relieve everything from relaxation to anxiousness.
This tea is perfect right before bed to calm and relax you so you get a good nights rest!
Scoop out the desired amount and place it into a tea steeper and place inside hot water for at least 5 minutes.
