SCB Naturals has a very strict return policy. All sales are final. For safety reasons, we are not able to take products back after they have been purchased and shipped. We will exchange your product prior to shipping if you so desire. We will need to be given notice of change within 24 hours after purchase by emailing us at info@scbnaturals.com. If we are not given notice of change we are sorry, but we will not be able to change the item and the sale becomes final at that point. Once an order is placed through our system we are unable to cancel or refund said order only exchange as stated above. We deeply apologize if this my cause any inconvenience though we greatly appreciate your business. Even though this company creates handmade materials there are preservatives in some of our products for safety reasons. These products do not contain any parabens, sulfates, formaldehyde, artificial coloring, artificial fragrance, petroleum or mineral oil. Some of our products are 100% natural while some others may contain 1-3% man made material (Preservatives). We as a company have to give warning that even though items are natural they may still cause irritation to some people. If pregnant or nursing please consult with your doctor as some oils may not be used on pregnant women. Please read all ingredients before use. SCB Naturals does not test on animals. We have vegan options!
